Instructions for Downloading Clips

What you need before beginning:

Real Player - you can download one Here for free.

WinZip - This will unzip your file after it is downloaded - you can get one Here for free.

How to download the Clips:

• Once you choose the clip(s) you want to order. Fill out the order form and pay with your credit card.

• You will then be at the Invoice page. Click on the file name of the product you ordered (it will be highlighted)

• Choose "Save The File To Disk"

• Name the file anything you like, but MAKE SURE you give it a .zip extension. So if you name the file FB0106 make sure you name it FB0106.zip. If you don't give the file a .zip extension you will not be able to open it later. Click OK.

• The file will download to your computer. Depending on the speed of your computer and the size of the file this could take anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes.

• Once the file has downloaded, it will appear on your computer at the location you specified. Double click on it and that will start the Winzip program. Unzip the file. This will take only seconds. Once the file is unzipped your video clip will appear as a real media (.rm) file. Double click on this file and it will automatically play on your real player.
